The TAP Scheduler allows you to view your daily, weekly, or monthly events – such as Helpdesk Tickets, Permits, and associated Visitors – all in one place. This empowers you to effectively plan your workday. If your schedule looks too packed, you can simply drag and drop Helpdesk Tickets to another day or time slot. It’s a simple yet powerful way to stay on top of your priorities.
