The Park’s management takes the external appearance very seriously and works hard to present a clean and well maintained environment for tenants and visitors.

There is 24 hours onsite security which is located within the security lodge at the main entrance of Guildford Business Park. The security guards monitor CCTV coverage around the site and undertake regular patrols of the Estate.
